結論から言うとクロスを張り替えた方がいいです。
汚れのある個所や下地調整が必要な個所は対応できないので、何れにしても二度手間となります。
また、階段回りの継ぎ目の個所が汚く残っています。
価格的にもプラス150円でクロスの貼替をする業者さんはいるので、それだったら、1回できれいに全部張ってもらった方がいいです。
