★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在のお仕事の内容など詳しい事は知りませんが池田さんと言ったら先代の社長さんを思い出します。私の父が何か仕事を依頼すると小さな工事でも自ら働いている様子を若い頃の私は見ていました。誠実で確かな仕事、子供さんに優しく接しているのを覚えています。今の社長さんにもお会いしたことがありましたがやはり先代の社長さんの人柄を受け継いでいるなと思いました。お話を伺ったところ時代とともに仕事の内容は変わり社名も変わったとお聞きしました。内容は変わっても会社とは何より上に立つ人の人柄、そこではたらく人との結びつきが良い関係であることが一番大切。そして仕事に対して誠実で確かな仕事は自ずとお客さんが増えていくと思います。心から応援しています。

I remember sincere and reliable work, kind treatment with children. I have met the president of the present, but I still think he inherited the personality of the previous president.
