ほぼ1年間自粛生活で家族以外人との接触は避けて生活していたものの、この時期なので不安になり発熱相談センターへ電話し、案内された複数の病院の一つ。
比較的待合室が混雑していない時間を案内され、感染予防対策はしっかりされている。
(発熱があったので待合室の外で待機することになったが、防寒対策など看護師からの気遣いが感じられた)
電話対応も、実際の診察も迅速で無駄がない。
短い時間ながらも医師はしっかり話を聞いてくれて、説明も簡潔で分かり易い。
看護師は多忙そうではあったが、優しさを感じられた。
感染者との濃厚接触歴.渡航歴がなく、風邪の可能性が高かったが、念の為新型コロナとインフルの抗原検査、併せて新型コロナのpcr検査を受ける。
結果どちらも陰性で風邪薬を処方していただき微熱までに落ち着いた。
この病院で即日対応して頂き、検査結果も早く(pcrは二日後)、家族や職場への(心理的)影響も最小限で済ませることができたので、迅速的確な対応に感謝している。
