★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感謝の一言です。長年、保険に入らなければとか、老後に向けて積立てをしなくてはなど、考えてはいたのですが、分からないことに足を踏み出すのが面倒で…先延ばしにしていました。たまたま見つけたこちらのお店にふらっと立ち寄り、「保険に入りたいけど全く分かりません」と、おしゃべり感覚で相談したら、分かりやすくたくさんのプランを用意してくださいました。それぞれの保険のメリットとデメリットを話してくださるので、私は「ならこっち！」と、選択するだけで自分にピッタリの保険を選ぶことができました。
自分で保険が管理できるようにと、書類等のファイリングまでしていただきました。そして「困ったら電話してくださいね」って言ってくださいました。本当にここに立ち寄ってよかったです。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気軽に相談できる場所が近所のよく買い物に行く場所等にあるのは有り難い。保険は大事だと思うけどあまりお金をかけられない。そういった人が多い中でお客の話を聞いた上で提案してくれるほけんの窓口の存在は貴重だと思う。
I am grateful that there is a place where I can feel free to consult, such as a place where I often go shopping in the neighborhood. I think insurance is important, but I can't afford to spend much. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて受付したときからとても、親切、丁寧で私の意見や相談を１つ１つ落ち着いて聞いてくださって、すぐ、この窓口で新しく契約の手続きをしようと確信いたしました。
契約が終わるまで全てが丁寧で、何度か足を運ぶかたちにはなったのですが、全く苦になりませんでした。
もし、保険を利用することになっても、この窓口にすぐ連絡さえすればいいと分かったので、歳をとっても今から安心と感じています。
何か別の保険でもまた相談したいときは絶対ほけんの窓口さんをまた利用したいと思ってます。本当にありがとうございました。
