★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通院して、早、7年以上？にはなると思います。今年10/9朝、その日は、孫の初めての運動会で。自分の車で、荷物の出し入れしてるときに『いてっ‼️』自宅の中、近所に聞こえる大きな声が出るほどの痛み‼️左の腰の付け根から、前身と、右の腰迄、筋肉が引き裂かれた状況。痛み止を飲み、何とか車の運転は出きるので早速、ひとやすみさんへ連絡。同じ説明をして施術をしていただき、その夜は、ハイハイと捕まり立ちで動けました。就寝中は、寝返りすると痛みましたが、週明けの月曜日には、痛みの発信場所に不安を持ちつつ、痛み止を飲んで仕事ができました。水曜日には、ほぼ完治。思い当たるに、仕事と、過度のストレッチと、ゲームからの筋肉の凝りだと思います。何も無いときでも、2か月に1回は行ってました。調子が良かったのを良いことに、自分が甘えていたのでこんなめに。施術は、痛いですが、本当に丁寧で、私は、先生の仕事が完璧だといつも思ってます。体は正直です。
※痛み止は、市内整形外科で頂いたものです。ここでは、薬は出ません、凝りほぐしのみです。
