木々の音と鳥のさえずりを聞きながら参道を歩きます。
参道の途中には小さな祠が並んでいて、その先には大きな狛犬さんがいます。
心地よい風が吹き、落ち着いて参拝ができる神社です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安房鴨川の無人の神社。駅から遠いため、地元の人以外の訪問者はほとんどいないのでは。
修繕された立派な狛犬が2体。燈篭から「天保」の刻みが確認できた。天保が1831～1845年だということを考えると、昔から鴨川を守ってきたのですね。歴史を感じます。
