悪くない味だし若いスタッフも真面目だったが、常連らしき男性1人客が来ると状況は一変。
かれはハイボール片手にマスクなしでカウンター越しにシェフと大声でトーク。話題は下品な金の話ばかり。飲食店もひどい常連客につかれると大変だなと思っていると、シェフも常連客とマスクなしで大声でトーク。カウンターには食材が乗っているのも見えるが、彼らには見えていないのだろうか。
さらには退店したばかりの女性一人客の素性について二人で妄想歓談。接客業でやってはいけないことの一つだろう。
バカバカしいのでコースを途中で切り上げて退店させていただいた。もちろん満額支払わせていただいた。その後は我々の素性で盛り上がったのだろうか。
行きつけの店の大切さを改めて実感した。
 I couldn't make a reservation for my favorite restaurant, so I visited the restaurant for the first time for lunch.

You can see the ingredients on the counter, but aren't they able to see them?
Furthermore, the two of us had a delusional chat about the identity of a single female customer who had just left the store. This is one of the things you shouldn't do in the hospitality business.
It was ridiculous, so I rounded up the course and closed the store. Of course I paid the full amount. After that, was it exciting with our identity?
I realized once again the importance of my favorite store.

まるで居酒屋のように大声で下世話な話をする常連客。カウンター越しにマスク無しで話しに乗るシェフ。
声も内容も聞くに堪えないので、コースを切り上げて退店しました。メインのお肉も硬くて美味しくなかった。我慢せず、もっと早く帰ればよかったです。
