 It is an orthodox pork cutlet shop. Since the counter is the main one, I think it's best to visit with one or two people. Yonezawa pork is recommended.

A very popular pork cutlet shop in Shinmatsudo. The seat next to me was a vinyl sheet that kept a social distance and had a delicious lunch. Ginger grilled is recommended.

糖質制限にもご対応頂き、おかわり自由のご飯の代わりにキャベツに変更して頂けます。

少し古い店内は綺麗に整頓され清潔感がある。
日曜日13:00訪問
先客は2組
ロース定食を注文
程なく到着。
キャベツが手切り感がありとても良い。
カツは色はしっかりしているがあっさり柔らかくどんどん食べれてしまう。
お味噌汁は地味に豚汁。これも美味い。
サラダはごま油の効いたレタス？これも箸休めに素晴らしい。
ソースもあっさりめのソース。
夫婦でされているのか、年配の女性が柔らかな対応で実家に来たような雰囲気。
ご馳走様でした。

たいへん美味でした。
とんかつ用のロース肉の薄切りが２枚。
いい肉に美味いタレが絡んで、至福の時間。
ご飯は２杯半食べました。
次はマヨネーズ貰おう。

柔らかヒレカツが２切れ、エビフライ、カニクリームコロッケ
こんなに衣が薄いエビフライはいつ以來か。
素材もいい。
ご飯お替りしちゃうよね。
次はカツカレーか、カツ丼か上ロース定食だな。

トンカツの王道、ロース肉。
肉は脂が旨いということもあり、期待をしていた。
が!!!
そんなに脂は多くなかったのでもたれずに食べられました。
塩とレモンの組み合わせもいいし。
次はカツ丼かカツカレーで。
そしてカツカレー
カレーはＳ&Bのゴールデンカレー？
独特なスパイスの癖がそれっぽい。
バーモントカレーの中辛でいいと思った。
