入居者から受け取れる仲介手数料は家賃の0.55倍までと定められていますが、説明無しに1ヶ月分を請求されました。説明を求めたら対応を拒否されましたので星1とさせて頂きます。
せめてノルマがある、当社では1ヶ月分頂いているなどの説明があったら良かったです。
I can't keep the house building law.
The brokerage fee that can be received from the resident is set to 0.55 times the rent, but one month's fee was charged without explanation. When I asked for an explanation, the response was refused, so I will give it a star 1.
It would have been nice if there was an explanation that there was at least a quota and that we had one month's worth.
