駐車場の空き待ちをしてたのに、後からの入居者を先に入れてしまったことに電話したら「もう決まったのでー」と一方的に電話を切られたり、保険の満期の案内が来てるのに来店したら、こっちには来てないので「また来てくださいー」とか。
客をなめてるだろ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大手の不動産屋よりもずっと丁寧で人情味があります。女性スタッフが多いので威圧感もありません。また武蔵小杉周辺に引っ越すことがあればこちらで契約したいです。

そもそも電話しても対応する気がなく、秒で電話を切ろうとする。いかに客の対応をせずに何事もなかったかのように受け流すかということに全力を注いでいる。
仕事する気ないならとっとと辞めろ

アパートの騒音苦情の対応をお願いしたところ、「電話口からは特に騒音は聞こえませんが？」って当たり前でしょう。そのあと急に担当者が代わり「対応しとくんで。ガチャ」と切られる始末。唖然。こちらはクレーマーではなく、あくまで丁寧に状況説明したまで。
要注意です。

入居者のことなどどうでもいいと思っているのでしょう。
しかし人として最低限の言葉遣い、対応をしていただきたいです。
他の不動産の仲介にて入居しましたが、
管理会社のレビューもきちんと確認するべきでした。
後悔しています。
