整備士も社長の顔色を見て動いているみたい。
工場内は清潔感がなく乱雑に物が置かれていました。
年中無休を謳うが土、日も休業しています。

家庭の変化により他社から車買うことになってしまい、
その後、今までの付き合いは何だったのか、と思ってしまうほど対応の手のひら返しが酷かった。
緊急時に親身なふりをして代車を貸してくれたが、事前に値段も教えてもらえず後から想像以上の請求が来たり、その点の不満を伝えても無反応でした。
整備の人は親切だが、
社長が昔ながらのくせ者なのかと思う。
今まで助けてもらうことも多かったですが、それを上回る最後でした。
他にお世話になれるなら、わざわざココを選ぶことはないかな、と冷静に思います。
あくまでも、個人的な感想ですが、
失礼しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車が故障したため、修理の見積もりをしていただこうとお伺いした際、オートサービス新津さんから、困るだろうと軽自動車を代車として借りました。
結局、修理せずに車を買い替えることとなったのですが、態度が一変し、うちで車を買わないのであれば、代車代金は頂く。とすごい剣幕で言われました。（オートサービス新津さんでは条件に合う中古車がなかったので。）
代金を支払う事は普通のことだとは思いますが、値段も教えていただけず、借りた際もここで修理をしない場合は代金を支払うとの説明も何もありませんでした。
納得しませんでしたが代金を支払いに行くと、社長は逃げてしまい、受付や営業の方はダンマリ。とても無責任な会社です。
また、ブレーキランプが切れた際も、何も言わずに発注されたりと信用できません。
整備してくださる方々はとても親切でいつも利用させていただいていましたが、親戚一同、今後一切お付き合いさせていただくことをやめました。
とても残念でした。

People who maintained it were very kind and always used, but all relatives stopped giving up any relationship in the future.
