It would be good if the street address would go well by the fact that Mr. Nami will run for the Fukushima City Councilors Election on the 23rd. I am a former and former student who studied jazz dance until the early 20's in the Hase dance culture park in the old days, so I would like to support it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運転不足で有酸素運動をしたい方にお勧めしたい講座がソフトエアロビです｡走ったり跳ねたりが無いので若い人は勿論､年配者でも十分付いて行けます｡汗が沢山出るので終わった後は爽快です｡先生は優しく丁寧に教えてくれるので嬉しいです｡健康一番!!一緒に動きませんか？
Soft aerobics is a course I would like to recommend to those who want to do aerobic exercise due to lack of driving. Since there is no running or bouncing, not only young people but also elderly people can keep up with it. It is refreshing after finishing because there is a lot of sweat. I'm glad that the teacher teaches me kindly and politely. Health is the best !! Would you like to move with me?
