お陰様で最近卒業する事が出来ました。事務の方々は懇切丁寧な対応でしたが、恐ろしい教官が1人いらっしゃるので注意が必要です。MT車の教習で、まだ慣れていない3回目の乗車の時、半クラッチが上手く出来ず激怒されました。私が一生懸命取り組んでいる最中に教官が何もない状況で、助手席側のブレーキ使い、私の頭がハンドルに打つくらい強いブレーキを掛けて威圧され、とても怖い思いをしました。足が震えてクラッチ操作どころではなかったです。予約は取りやすいし、送迎バスはエアコンが効いていて快適でした。メンタルに自信のある方は入校をお勧めします!

教官は皆優しく、丁寧に教えてくれました。2輪は2階で4輪と別々で教習を受けるので、とても開放感があり、のびのびと教習を受けることができました。予約状況の更新(次の日に空きができた等)や、本日の予約をメールで送って貰えるのはありがたいです。施設が古いのは否めないですが、とてもいい学校だと思います。
The instructors were all kind and taught me carefully. The two wheels were taught separately from the four wheels on the second floor, so there was a feeling of openness and I was able to take the training at ease. I'm grateful to be able to update your reservation status (e.g. when the next day is available) or send us your reservation today. I cannot deny that the facilities are old, but I think it is a very good school.

普通二輪免許と大型二輪免許をここで取得しました。 教官は皆さん丁寧で、昔のような高圧的な人には会いませんでした。 コロナ禍でマスクをしているので、声が少し大きめな方はいましたが。 弱点のところを指摘する際には、直し方も教えてくれるので、指摘されるときは辛いですが(笑)、結果的には良かったと思います。 基本的にどの教習所も混んでるので、入所時には予約が一ヶ月先になる旨伝えられたので、納得していたのですが、予約に頼ると難しいですね。 幸いキャンセル待ちをうまく使えたので、それぞれ一ヶ月強で終了できました。 朝の7時には開いていて、7時半にキャンセル待ちの記帳が始まるので、上手く使えば良いと思いました。

大型二輪でお世話になりました。 当時中型バイクに乗っていて悪い癖がついていたのを指導員の方に指摘されたのですが「そんなんでよく中型乗れてるね!」とか「さっきも言ったよね!言ってることわかる?」等バカにしたようなことを言われました。めっちゃ威圧的だったので泣きそうになりながら教習受けたのを覚えてます。その後受付に頼み込んでそいつのことNGにしてもらいました。 一段階の見きわめ時の試験官からは「顔色悪くない?大丈夫?」と言われたので、元々色が白いだけなので問題ないですと答えたら「えっ、ファンデーション白すぎない?w」と言われました…教習所行くだけのためなんかに私はファンデーション塗ってなかったので本当に余計なお世話だったし、その後も「ピアスの穴デカッ!!えー痛くないの!?」とかきいてくるし、とにかく気持ち悪いことこの上なかったです。 指導員を選べる総武自動車教習所(すごく優しい指導員が多かった)で免許をとりたかったのですが、閉鎖してしまったため仕方なく近くのここにしたのにあんな思いをするなら遠くても普通二輪で通った所に行けばよかったです。3ヵ所通った中で最悪の教習所でした。 思いやりもデリカシーもないオッサン指導員ばっかりでおすすめできないです!こんな所にお金落としたのをすごく後悔しています。

I wanted to get a driver's license at Sobu Driving School (there were many very kind instructors) where I could choose an instructor, but I had no choice but to go here because it was closed. I should have gone to another place. It was the worst driving school I went to in three places. I can't recommend it because it's just an Ossan instructor who has no compassion or delicacy! I really regret dropping money in such a place.

◆予約について◆ 繁忙期は社員が休日出勤してまで対応し、繁忙期以降で調整をかけているとの事ですので、労務規定の範囲で社員の協力を得て予約が取りにくい状況をなんとか改善する企業努力はされており、申込時点で時間が掛かる旨の説明もしっかりされている上で申し込むので、予約に関しては申し分ないです。 ※私は2/3からスタートして2/24までに二段階全て履修し、2/27に卒業出来ましたので、繁忙期であっても3週間あれば計57時間の学科と技能を終わらせることは不可能ではないです。 ※短期間で一気に取得まで完遂させるならネット予約とキャンセル待ちを駆使しましょう。 ※長期間で取得を目指すなら「段階プラン」で一気にスケジュールを固める方法は良いと思います。 ◆社員について◆ 1/3程度の方が「サービス業に携わっている」という自覚が少々欠如しているように見受けられます。 言葉遣いが悪い点が特に顕著で多くの方に該当しますが、一部身嗜みがだらしない、応対時の態度が悪い又は非常に横柄な社員など、客観的に見て事業に悪影響(機会損失)を与える可能性の高い要素があって勿体無いです。 上記に関しては年齢や社歴を問わず各々に改善を促すべきでしょう。 主な客層が高校生から大学生くらいの年齢層なので仕方ないところもありますが、それにしても甘え過ぎです。 若造であろうと会社にとっては高い教習料を支払ってわざわざお越しいただいているお客様である事に変わりはありませんので、そこは最低限正すべきでしょう。 辞められると運営に支障が出るから厳しく言えないなどの労務面での事情があるかも知れませんが、会社に所属している以上は方針に従って然るべきなので、サービス改善を怠らない方が良いと思います。 また一部ではありますが、自分の運転姿を棚上げしている方もいるので、プロとしての運転の仕方を見られている立場であるのも再認識させた方が良いと思います。 ◆総評◆ ここまで批評を連ねましたが、多くの方々の応対は概ね親切丁寧で、技能教習時の指導は真っ当で臨機応変な対応もされますので、上記が改善され且つ社員数が増えて繁忙期でも更に予約枠が増えれば良い評価は多くなる学校だと思います。 ◆入校を検討されている方へ◆ 指導員も路上では命を懸けて指導される立場なので、自身の技能不足を棚に上げて指導員を批判をする人には免許の取得自体をお薦めしません。 指導は至極真っ当ですので、それについて行けない方にはそれなりに厳しい事を言われるかと思います。 それは貴方が免許取得後に事故や違反を起こさない為の教育の一環である事を理解して下さい。 前述通り言葉遣いが悪い人がいるので言われる側としては印象が悪く感じますが、内容は真っ当ですし、中身は皆いい人達です。 相手も人ですので言葉遣いひとつで対応が変わります。 敬意をもって敬語で雑談でもしてみてください。 私はほぼ経路指示だけもらって終始雑談しながらの技能教習が9割くらいでしたので、概ね有意義な時間を過ごしました。 雑談と併せて検定時に減点されるポイントや現状で減点になりそうな点を指摘して頂くなど、質問さえすれば参考になるアドバイスは適宜頂けます。 運転中の会話が難しければ、運転の交代前後に聞いても答えてくれると思います。 また学科については真面目に授業を聞いて記憶しておくだけで試験問題にも概ね対応できます。 但し、試験問題の多くは引っ掛け問題ばかりですので試験問題の傾向を把握する為に教本と一緒にもらえる問題集全てで9割程度取れるようにしてみてください。 主観ですが仮免試験や本試験の問題より引っ掛けが多くて難しいので、それに慣れておくことで合格率は上がります。 ◆指導員の皆様へ◆ 短い間ではありましたが、大変お世話になりました。 昨日、無事に本試験まで終えました。 別途免許を取得することはないとは思いますが、もしまた通う機会がありましたら、その際はよろしくお願いいたします。
