★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前も誕生日ケーキを頼んだがクリームが水っぽくドロドロで冷蔵しなおしてもダメで最初は暑かったせいかと思って諦めました。今回２度目の挑戦。保冷剤も入れてもらい保管温度にも気を付けましたが・・・２回とも4,000越えるケーキでしたがクリームが溶けかけのアイスのよう。ドロドロで水っぽく気持ち悪い。そもそもお店のつけてくれた保冷剤がケーキ箱の上に貼り付けてありましたが絶対効果無いようなサイズ。気持ちよく食べてもらえない最悪なケーキです。当たりハズレがあるのかもしれないですが店員の態度もいいわけでもないので自分がこの店でケーキを買うことは２度と無いです。自分の口には合わなかったと濁すのもバカらしいほどです。せっかくの記念日が残念

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の接客が良くない。愛想も無く商品の扱いも良くない。若い人は嫌々仕事をしている感じです。もう一人の先輩らしき人は丁寧には応対しているがどちらも接客が良くない。笑顔もない。
主人が次は行かなくていいとかなり不快感を表していた。名は通っているしケーキも美味しいが接客が悪いから行きたくない。
The customer service of the clerk is not good. There is no amiability and the handling of the goods is not good either. Young people are working hard. Another senior person is politely serving, but neither of them is good at serving customers. There is no smile.
It was quite annoying if the master didn't have to go next. The name goes well and the cake is delicious but I don't want to go because the service is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度目の来店。で、初の店内でケーキを食べました。イートインスペースには無料珈琲の機械があり美味しい珈琲が飲めてよかったです。でケーキは定番のショートケーキが食べたかったですが変わり種のケーキしか無くモンブランを実食!! 甘めを抑えてるモンブランですがまだ甘いかな。でも美味しくいただきました。
Second visit. So, I ate cake in the store for the first time. There is a free coffee machine in the eat-in space, and I'm glad I could drink delicious coffee. As for the cake, I wanted to eat the classic shortcake, but there are only different kinds of cakes and I actually eat Mont Blanc !! It is Mont Blanc that suppresses sweetness, but is it still sweet? But it was delicious.
