There are many funeral homes and parking lots jointly run by Hitachinaka City and Tokai Village, and it is easy to understand because it is right next to the national highway.

係の方が骨を顔の形に整えて壺に納めてくれました。
最初から最後まで丁寧に接していただきとても良かったです。
Used for cremation of relatives.
A staff member put the bones in the shape of a face and put them in the jar.
It was very nice to have been treated carefully from the beginning to the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 霊柩車から棺を降ろす時、棺を釜に入れる時に自動では無く、人力でやるのは良い所でも有るし、時に悪くも出ると思う。売店は飲み物は自販機であるが、事前に予約しないと食べ物が売っていないので近場のコンビニまで車で行くしかなく、不親切。しかし棺を釜に入れてくれる係の男性はとても良い人だった、その人だけなら星5個だが、不便さの分星を引いた。
When removing the coffin from the hearse, when you put the coffin in the kettle, it is good to do it manually instead of automatically. The stand is a vending machine for drinks, but unless you make a reservation in advance, food is not sold, so you have to go to a nearby convenience store by car, so it is unfriendly. However, the man in charge of putting the coffin in the kettle was a very good man, who had only five stars, but dropped a star for inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷かった。まだそんなに経験のない事ですが、埼玉県の斎場、千葉県の斎場では同じ様にして頂けたことがここではひとつもなされてなく、ひと言、雑としか思えませんでした。どこに意見したらこれは改善されるのでしょう。私たち家族と同じ想いをもう誰にもしてもらいたくないです。
It was terrible. I haven't had much experience yet, but at the funeral hall in Saitama prefecture and the funeral hall in Chiba prefecture, nothing was done here, and I could only think of it as a miscellaneous word. Where would this be improved? I don't want anyone to have the same feelings as our family.
