★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塾では学校より先に授業をしてくれてるみたいで、学校の授業が分かりやすいと言っています。塾でも宿題が出ますが、塾の自習室を使って塾の宿や学校の宿題をやってもいいのでちゃんと塾に行ってくれますし、勉強する時間が増えました。テスト前には予想問題？みたいなのもやってくれて苦手なところの対策もやってくれて助かっています。

子供が分からなくてもそのまま放置される。聞きたくても聞けないと。
前の教室長は、その日の進行度も教えてくれたのに、全く教えてくれない。
挙げ句、親との面談も一度もなかった。
一度も真剣に子供をみていたことはないのだろう。
クレームを中央に報告して改善するといって３ヶ月、全くなにも変わらず、連絡もその後なかったので、そのまま辞めました。
こんなにお金の無駄な塾は、初めて。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 講師の先生はいいですが、教室長がよくないです。たばこの匂いがきつく、授業もわかりにくく、滑舌が悪すぎてなにいってるか訳わかりません。マスクもきちんとつけてほしいです。常に鼻マスク、電話の時にはマスクを外してとても大きな声で話しています。人の私物を勝手に触らないでほしいです。教室長が変わってくれたら、もっと親しみやすい塾になると思います。講師の先生方はわかりやすく、親身です。
