先生や看護師さんはとても丁寧で明るく親切なイメージです。しかし、他の方が書いているように
受付の方が少々横柄でした。特に電話対応が良くないです。たまたまキツイ方に当たったかもしれませんが。予約は午前、午後で聞いときますみたいなざっくりした対応で、かといって予約を取らなかったらさらに後回しにどんどんされていくイメージです。どちらにせよ待つことになるので予約を取る意味があるのかは、わかりません。
ホームページ上では電話予約のバナー誘導をされています。
それなら対応に気をつけるべきかな？と私は思います。その事はもちろん知らずに時間指定したら、うちはそんなこと無理ですけど。
と、当たり前かのようにこちらが悪いような言い方で、電話越しの態度が凄く悪いだろうというのが伝わる言い方をされました。
受付の対応だけ改善されたら満足できる病院だと思いました。

The teachers and nurses have a very polite, cheerful and kind image. But as others have written
The receptionist was a little arrogant. Especially the telephone correspondence is not good. You may have hit the hard side by chance. Reservation is a rough response like listening in the morning and afternoon, but if you do not make a reservation, it will be more and more postponed. I don't know if it makes sense to make a reservation because I'll have to wait anyway.
On the homepage, banner guidance for telephone reservations is provided.
Should I be careful about the response? I think. Of course, if you specify the time without knowing that, we can't do that.
It was said that this was a bad way of saying it as a matter of course, and that the attitude over the phone would be very bad.
I thought it would be a satisfying hospital if only the reception was improved.
