派遣への扱いが酷いです。

いつも親身に対応してくださっていて本当に感謝しています。
この前の地震の時も、
翌朝遅刻しそうになりましたが無理せず出勤できたらで大丈夫ですと
遅れそうなら派遣会社から連絡するから言ってくださいと
こちらから遅刻の連絡する前に配慮がありました。
メールも電話もその日のうちに返事いただけますが、
最近はコロナ関係のお仕事が増えてお忙しそうです。
私としては前の派遣会社よりも時給を上げてもらえましたし、
保険にもすぐに入れてもらえたので満足しています。

担当さんは親切で希望をできる限り叶えようと頑張ってくれます。
時給も他の派遣会社より高めな気がします。一生懸命探してくれるので派遣先の提案数が他の派遣会社さんよりも多い印象です。
給料水準を落とさない様、派遣先変更の時も配慮してくれました。働くスタッフを大切にしてくれているのをお話していてとても感じます。
働いた後のフォローも丁寧にしてくれて、〝派遣は不安定な雇用”というイメージはなくなり安心して働くことができてます。
一度出勤時に軽い事故にあった時には、夜に大丈夫かなと思って…と電話くれるなど、とても優しい担当さんです。相談もしやすく、連絡もマメに取れるので助かっています。
