☆ゼロです。 急な怪我で電話問い合わせしたら、受診する科が休みだから他を当たってくれと言い放された。 最低な受付の女性の対応。 それに比べて、平成立石病院の受付の女性は良い感じの対応だった。 同じく対応できる科が休みだったが、近くの対応出来る病院、医院を探してくれました。 その節は大変お世話になりました。 病院で、ここまで対応が違うですね、(呆)

1月に息子が発熱、コロナが心配だったので初めての発熱外来受診。病院関係者が忙しくしている様子でした。検査結果は陰性でした!結果が出るまで1時間半位かかりましたが、コロナ禍で大変な時に対応していただきありがたかったです!

葛飾区の50歳以上の胃カメラ検診を受けるために初めて利用しました。 建物も清潔で、受付の方も医師も技師も看護士さんも言葉づかいが丁寧で、とても親切でした。 出入りする道路が表側も裏側もスレ違えないほど狭い道路なんですが、一方通行ではないので年配のドライバーさんと鉢合わせしてしまうと大変な事になってしまいます。

電話応対の態度がなんか。。。 検査の結果を電話で受け取ったのだが仕事で出れなかったので折り返ししたと伝えたら、こちらは多くの方へ連絡かけてるし今日電話くるってわかってるなら取れるように準備しててほしい。困る。と確かに言い分もわかるがこちらも仕事がある。。。それを伝えられたとて次その病院にかかりたいかと言われればそんなことは思わないし。。。コロナ禍で状況もあるのかと思うがイライラを壁打ちされたような気分になり不快でした。 電話予約して直接伺った際も、窓口で老人に対して横柄な態度で接客し怒鳴られてたし病院全体のスタイルなのかなと…。 ちょっと足を伸ばせば他のクリニックもあるのでもういいかな…。 やむを得ない理由がないかぎりこのクリニックは選ばないことをお勧めします

他の病院は電話が繋がらず、唯一繋がったこちらで発熱外来で受診しました。 受付の方は良い方でしたが、内科の長髪の男性担当医が親身に話をきいてくれず、 のどが焼けるように痛く、頭痛もあり問診票にも記載しましたが、三時間待たされたあげく、薬が処方されていなかったので、看護師さんにきいたところ、薬ほしいって医師に伝えましたか?言ってないなら処方されないですね。 市販の薬を飲んでくださいと言われて、驚きました。感染者でお店に入れないのに、対応が不親切すぎます。結局薬は諦めて帰りました。クチコミの通りの病院でした。

発熱科外来でお世話になった際、体調が悪いのに外で一時間以上も待たされました。(今のご時世でもせめて別室に案内されるか時間まで自宅待機ですぐ案内する形のが良いのでは?) 何故か症状を聞きにきた看護師だけはソーシャルディスタンスなのか2メートル以上離れており、年配の看護師の為耳が遠く、何度も細かく症状を伝えているのに理解してもらえず、ぶつぶつ全然違う、意味がわからないだの言われ、 体調が悪く病院に来ているのに大声で喋らせられ、耳が遠いんですとキレられ最悪でした。 特に腹立たしいのが質問された際「今お薬手帳を確認します」と伝えたところ、「ならいいです」と去っていかれた時です。 ここの病院は患者を雑に扱い、散々待たせられます。笑顔が一切なく、具合が悪くなりそうな医者、看護師の集まりなので行く価値はありません。近くても少し遠いもっと良い病院に行ってください。
