も	もきゅ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱科外来でお世話になった際、体調が悪いのに外で一時間以上も待たされました。（今のご時世でもせめて別室に案内されるか時間まで自宅待機ですぐ案内する形のが良いのでは？）何故か症状を聞きにきた看護師だけはソーシャルディスタンスなのか2メートル以上離れており、年配の看護師の為耳が遠く、何度も細かく症状を伝えているのに理解してもらえず、ぶつぶつ全然違う、意味がわからないだの言われ、体調が悪く病院に来ているのに大声で喋らせられ、耳が遠いんですとキレられ最悪でした。特に腹立たしいのが質問された際「今お薬手帳を確認します」と伝えたところ、「ならいいです」と去っていかれた時です。ここの病院は患者を雑に扱い、散々待たせられます。笑顔が一切なく、具合が悪くなりそうな医者、看護師の集まりなので行く価値はありません。近くても少し遠いもっと良い病院に行ってください。 When I was taken care of by the outpatient department of fever, I had to wait for more than an hour outside even though I was ill.
