★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1階が書籍と駄菓子、2階はCDとビデオ、漫画のレンタル、ゲーム、3階はコミックと文房具と古本が置いてあります。書籍コーナーはとても見やすく、ベストセラーコーナーのほか、テーマ毎に特集されています。点数は大型書店に比べると少ないのですが選書がいいので特に不満はありません。1階には駄菓子コーナーがあるので、遠足のお菓子をここで買っています。
レンタルは時々半額セールがあるため50円で旧作なら借りられます。
古本コーナーは量が少なく欲しい本はあまりなく、ブックオフなどの方がいいかも。

発売日なのに入荷しない新刊が多い。特に売れてない作品の最終巻。
開店時に新刊が全く並んでいない。
ゲーム、保険、文房具、お菓子、デュエルスペースと本以外のことに力を入れるのはいいが、まずは本の品揃えを良くしてほしい。

新書/中古/レンタルそれぞれがある、駐車場が広い、屋外に廃品回収ステーションがある(古紙・段ボール・古着)、絵本や子供向けコーナーが充実している、半額の新書コーナーがある、などの理由からよく利用しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらはイオンに入っている本屋等と違って絵本や図鑑で見本がたくさんある為子供が選びやすいです。コロナのせいかカバーがしっかりある本しかない本屋がある為に助かります。
種類がとても多いというわけではないのでマイナス1です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日発売のゲームの一番くじを買ったのですが、引き換え券を買いたい回数分持ってレジに行ったら
「くじですね。えーっと、ふふっ○回ですね」と言って店員さんが後ろにくじを取りに行ったのです。
ふふって何か私おかしかったですか?なんかカチンときました。
前にも私の目の前でくじが売り切れた事があって(私はまだ1回も買ってないのに)私の前の人はもう何回も引いていて何個も持ってました。買いたい人がちゃんと買えるようにして欲しい。
本当は行きたくなかったけどそのくじはいくつか店を回っても見つからなくてダメ元で探しに行ってあったからやったーと思って買いに行ったのに不快な思いしました。
長文ですみません。少しでも改善お願いします。

マイナースポーツの雑誌もなんとか仕入れて陳列していただいているのでその点もありがたいです。
たまに開かれるカードゲームの運営さん？が入り口の真前で喫煙していたことや，リサイクルはボックス目当ての車が駐車禁止のゾーンに車を停めることだけ管理していただきたいなと思いつつ，いつもありがたく利用させていただいています。
