お菓子、木工品ともにセンスが素晴らしい。目のつけどころがとても良いと思います。地産地消を大切に、質の高いもの作りを意識されている印象。
焼き菓子は、木曽産、信州産、国産の原材料を主に使用し、シンプルで美味しくリーズナブル。季節ごとに色々な種類のものが出るのも良いですね。
これからも素敵な製品を送り出して下さい。楽しみにしています。
Sweets and products made at this workshop can be purchased at roadside stations in the Kiso area.
Both sweets and woodwork have a great taste. I think the highlight is very good. Impression that we value local production for local consumption and are conscious of high quality manufacturing.
Baked confectionery mainly uses raw materials from Kiso, Shinshu, and Japan, and is simple, delicious, and reasonably priced. It's good that various kinds of things come out every season.
