★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新大久保駅から山ノ手通りに向数分の所に色々問題点のある公的組織の建物の上部に在るためか、何かしら違和感を感じました。
会議室や、調理室等があるので色々利用可能です。何を思ってか、歴代の管理者の写真が飾られているのには閉口させられた。
駐車場はありませんが、裏側にコインパーキングがあります。回りの道は狭くて普通自動車でも苦労しますので注意が必要です。

ただ、JR新宿駅、JR新大久保駅からは少し遠いので
メトロ東新宿駅の近くに用事がある人には良いかも。
