★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新宿住友ビルの地下にある駐車場で誰でも利用可能。地下１階は納入業者専用なので地下２階か地下３階が一般用。駐車スペースは赤色緑色黄色の３スペースに分かれている。帰りに自車を見つけるため色と壁面の数字を覚えておく。各色に対応する３台のエレベーターがある。長期利用の契約駐車スペースがエレベーター近くにあるので壁面の表示を良く確認してから駐車すると良い。
