数年経って担当者に連絡取ろうとしてもほぼ捕まりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「グレー希望」と伝えているのにブラウンのカーテンを持って来続けたり、「入居後でいっこうに構いません」と伝えているのに "入居までに間に合わせるなら..." と話が続いたり、「○○は可能ですか？」と伝えたら「それは見積額が上がります」と即答で否定され諦めたら数日後に「やはり安くなります」と訂正されたり。「念のためお預かりして確認します」というのがBtoCの定石じゃないかと個人的には思うが...。
当方にアサインされた方との打ち合わせはげんなりしっぱなし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低の会社です。もし電器や家具とかを買いたいなら、それなりの専門店があるはずです。専門店で買うのがおすすめです。シスコンのアフターサービスが何も解決できないですから。特に外国の方々が騙されるかもしれません。もしどうしてもシスコンを利用したい場合なら、十分ご注意ください。私の場合だと、もう二度と関わりたくないです。以上。

Because the after-sales service of Syscon cannot solve anything. Especially foreigners may be deceived. If you really want to use Sister Complex, please be careful. 引継ぎ内容を間違える、
業者への手配は間違える、
見積もりは間違える、
メールのCCを何度言っても勝手に外す
TOのメールを深夜予約送信する
などなどで最低でした。
2人連続で最低の担当にあたり
二度と利用しないと決めました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンション購入の際、内装オプションについて色々相談しました。担当の方も丁寧に対応してくださり、満足のいくオプションが選べました。家電製品なんかも割引はしてくれて、まとめて発注、入居前に工事してもらえると考えると、家電量販店とかで個別に買った場合の価格差(ちゃんと調べてませんが)と手間を埋めるくらいの価値はあるかと思います。
