ベンチが並んでいるので良い休憩場所です。
With or without a turtle. It will be healed by the turtles that are dried.
The benches are lined up so it's a good place to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ナイアガラの滝の、反対側にある滝。水面に出ている石の上で、甲羅干しをしている亀さんがいたが、最近はあまり見かけない。向かいにはベンチがあり、新宿の高層ビル群が見える。
A waterfall on the other side of Niagara Falls. There was a tortoise drying a shell on a stone that appeared on the surface of the water. There are benches across from it, and you can see the skyscrapers in Shinjuku.

Located in the central part of Shinjuku Central Park. In the morning, there are many gymnastics crowded in front of Shiraito no Taki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新宿ナイアガラの滝から正面左の階段を上って裏側に行くと辿り着く場所。階段の隣には車いすの方でも登れるような広い坂道になっているバリアフリー対応です。ナイアガラより水の流れは緩やかで、石の上にわりと大きな亀たちがいて和みました。近くにベンチもあります。
A place where you can get to the back by going up the stairs on the left from Shinjuku Niagara Falls. Next to the stairs is a wheelchair accessible road with a wide slope that even a wheelchair can climb. The flow of water was slower than that of Niagara. There is also a bench nearby.

こちらは白糸の滝。
弧を描く壁面を覆うように水が流れている。
「新宿白糸の滝」の看板の後ろの金網のなかに滝の壁中にはいるドアがあった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are tortoises(or probably just turtles since they're in a pond after all) basking in the sun on sunny days. I've never been here in winter, but where do they keep them in winter? Or do they have heaters somewhere? There were carps in the pond in my university back in the days, and the university staff always put the carps in aquariums during the winter. I wonder if they do that at Shinjuku Park too.
