ですが「小児の薬は扱っていないので」の言われました。
粉薬も貼り薬も小児はないそうです。
子連れでも安心という謳い文句を見かけたので行ったのに、あれはなんだったんだろう。
小児の薬を扱っていないならホームページなり何なり書いておいてください。
メガネの男性の薬剤師の態度も最悪でした。

返信ありましたが、個人的に送った問い合わせにはいまだにメールがありません。
人の目に触れるところだけ対応して、個別のクレームには対応しない姿勢、どうかと思います。
またはっきりと「小児の薬はないんですよね」と言われ追い返されましたし、取り寄せの「と」の字もありませんでした。
日常的に扱っていない言い方でしたし、単純な在庫切れでなく飲み薬もホクナリンテープも「全て」小児の薬はなかったので、そのあたり、まるでたまたま在庫を切らしていたような表現はやめていただきたいです。
