★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも銀座店に行っています。はじめて新宿店を利用しました。土地柄若い方が多くソワソワしてしまいましたが、担当してくれたスタッフさんがテキパキとしていてスムーズに買い物が出来ました。
また、スタッフさんが多いので接客の良い悪い（個人的にですが‥）が解りやすいです。
男性スタッフの方が常連さん相手なのか、ご友人なのか解りませんがタメ口で接客をしていて残念。相手がご友人だったとしてもイメージダウンに繋がります。DIANAの雰囲気が崩れます。

Also, since there are many staff members, it is easy to understand whether the customer service is good or bad (personally ...).
I don't know if the male staff is a regular customer or a friend, but I'm sorry to have been serving customers with a tame mouth. Even if the other party is a friend, it will lead to an image down. The atmosphere of DIANA collapses.

目についた商品を、色々と履きましたが様々ちがうヒールの高さまで把握されており、商品知識も豊富でとても良かったです。
また、サイズが合わなければバックヤードからすぐに持ってきて下さり商品選びがしやすかったです。
梱包も丁寧かつスピーディーで、また利用したいです。
