中	中村主水 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前からアイアンのリシャフトをしようと思っていて、ネットで調べたり、量販店に出向いて店員さんの意見を聞いたりした上で、今日、ついにアイアンのリシャフトをお願いしに行って来ました。ネットではかなり酷いクチコミがあるので、多少の不安を胸に行きましたが、結論から言うとその通りでした。気になった点は、 ①店内のタバコ臭が酷すぎる。⇒新品のクラブケースごと預けて来たので、臭いが染み付いてしまわないか心配。 ②店長さんの接客がなっていない。⇒職人さんらしいといえばそうかもしれませんが、次の一言に唖然としました。店長さん「シャフトの長さはどうしますか？」私「そのクラブは私の身長やスイング等からカスタマイズして作ってもらったので、最適な長さになっていると思います。そのシャフトと同じ長さにして下さい。」店長さん「それならそのお店でやってもらえばいいのに…」 ③注文書や預り証のようなものがなく、受け渡しした証拠がない。⇒もしお願いしたものと違うものが装着されたとしても、そのときの会話を録音でもしておかない限り抗弁する術がない。店長さんのような接客をウチの会社でやってしまったら、本部のお客様サービス室が乗り込んできて徹底調査します。苦情を出した客への聞き取り、周囲の従業員への聞き取りを行い、良くて左遷、最悪の場合は左遷降格です。なので今日のところは星一つとします。出来上がって引き取りに行くときを期待しています。 I've been thinking about reshaping an iron for some time, so I went online and asked a sales clerk to go to a mass retailer and finally ask for an iron reshaft today. h	h s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの口コミを見ずにサイトから注文してみました。(リシャフト、グリップ交換含む) 近隣のゴルフショップより発送等含めて5～6千安かったので試しにと思い。他の口コミ通りシャフトに貼るシールが曲がっておりました。一部のヘッドに接着材がついており落とすのが大変でした。グリップは真っ直ぐで問題なし。せめてバランスと重量のメモなどあれば良かったかな。着払い料金はサイトで確認しておりましたが実際は210円高く、ぴったりの料金しか家のものに預けていなかったので帰ってからグダグダ言われてしまいました。次回頼むかは迷います。メールの返信が早かったのが救い。 I ordered from the site without seeing this review. 1	1987 dk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長の対応が酷すぎ。愛想もなく、言ってること間違っていても謝罪はありません。 HPで記載あるのに出来ない、分からないの1点張り。セット価格と書いてあるのに対応出来ずと言われ、見積もりもの依頼を出しても無視されました。クレジット決済も選択出来ると書いてあるのに出来ないの1点張り。出来ないなら書かないで欲しい。またリシャフト後も本来純正シールの貼り方（1枚目）ではなく、2枚目のような状態で仕上げられました。本当に最初から最後まで最悪で気分がわるい店です。不愉快でしかないが純正のようにシールの貼り直しを依頼しております。依頼から何日でレスが来るのか、対応はどうするのかは後日レポします。 The manager's response is too harsh.
