ワンルーム投資なのに何を紹介するのかは言わずデメリットは解消してるとかほざいてデメリット内容を言わない。投資利益を出すためやるんだから節税になる訳ねえじゃん、まじ詐欺営業だから無理やり追い返すか警察呼ぶのが吉。
万が一部屋まで上げた場合は警察呼んで連れて行って貰ってくれ。キチガイ半グレおっさんにそれ位がちょうどいい
あと、若いのが営業来たからって老婆心で話を聞くのはオススメしない、しょせんゴミな詐欺営業の前段階なのを忘れてはいけない情けをかける余地なし。
追記
木村〇〇って営業は要注意。営業側の都合しか話さず少し話が逸れるだけ切れだし的外れな説教しだし話す内容は嘘を言いデメリットは話さない完全な嘘では無いが言ってることは詐欺師と同じ。喧嘩売ってきた時に殴ってればこんなこと書かずスッキリしてたかと思うと少し後悔してる、一番の後悔は〇〇信介と会ってしまったことが人生の汚点すぎる。
後最初に木村じゃ無くてサトミツとかいう礼儀の無いムカつく下っ端が来るのでそいつにも用心しよう。
これ書いた所で末端営業だから別会社に鞍替えしてるだろうけどね

内容的に電話してくるのが常識なのにいきなり来た上に、飛び込んだ会社がどういう仕事してるか把握してなくて失礼にも程がある。話聞くだけ時間の無駄だし二度と来ないで下さい。
追記：新人に客取れるまで帰ってくるなとかLINEするような会社。飛び込みの新人がそのLINEの画面見せてきましたし。
