★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の雰囲気やコスパの良いホルモンなど魅力はあるものの、接客レベルは非常に低いため行くたびにイライラします。どこかしら店側から客を下に見てる、こちらは提供してやってるんだというのを感じてしまいます。

以前は店内喫煙可だったが、4月から禁煙となり行きやすくなった。
メニューの値段設定は少し高めに感じるけど、ハーフサイズがあるので多種多様な肉が食べられるのが良い。ホルモンは新鮮で臭みもなく美味しかった。

「ホルモン焼肉しあわせや」さん。1000Beroスタンプ5個で「ホルモン小盛り」無料✨ って相変わらずやり過ぎ〜? 生ビールの分だけ支払いしたので、画像で税込み490円? 新城神社から下新城へ向かう広い通りの左側。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日水曜日の18:30に、会社の同僚4人で伺いました。クチコミで予約した方が良いとのことで、ホットペッパーで予約しましたが、1番客！その後もパラパラでしたので予約はいらなかったかな？
ホルモンと普通の肉、ハーフサイズなどの量の調整もできるので色々な肉が楽しめます。飲み物も中、大、ギガとこちらも選べます。値段も割とリーズナブル！
肝心のお味は、「うまい！」間違いなくうまいですね。ただ少し一切れ一切れが小さいかな？ホルモンも噛みきれないとかないから小さいお子さんも楽しめます。ただ分煙ではないのでタバコ嫌いな方はご注意ください！JR南武線 武蔵新城駅から10分ぐらい？駐車場ないので近くのコインパーキングを利用しましょう。美味しくいただいたので、いきます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から若干離れている立地のせいか、客層は少しローカル気味です。それでも、オープンな店内のせいか初めての人でも問題なく入れそうな感じです。
個室はなく、すべてテーブル席です。
大衆居酒屋的なイメージですがごちゃごちゃしておらず、どこか落ち着く雰囲気です。ちなみに喫煙可なので、煙草が駄目な人は難しいと思います。
トイレは2つで男女別で分かれていますが、それぞれ異性のマーク下に異性のマークが描かれていたので、混雑時はやむ終えず、、のパターンかもわかりません。
ホルモンのメニューが充実しており、「ホルモン日和だな～」「今日はどのホルモンにするかな～」って方には非常におすすめじゃないかなって思います。１人で来られているお客さんもいました。じりじり焼き上がりを待ち、キムチをつまみにレモンサワーをかきこむ、、最高です。
写真にはありませんが、個人的にはハツが一番美味しかったなと思いました。
最後にビビン冷麺(ハーフ)なるもので締め、お店を後にしました。
店員さんもキビキビ動いており、良い時間を過ごせました。
自宅の近くだったら週一くらいで通っちゃうかも、、なお店でした。ごちそうさまでした、また来ます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18:30時点で、アルコールドリンク売り切れ２点。妥協して頼んだ飲み物を若い男性店員が私の服に壮大にこぼすし、それを私が大量のティッシュで拭くのを横目に見つつも、「あっ、さーせん」と軽く謝るだけ。口コミが良いから行ったのに、非常に残念な気持ちになりました。二度と行かないでしょう。
