★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「牛繁」さんの「カルビ焼肉定食（200g）」。税込み1,034円。お得❣️テーブルにある「激辛ヤンギン」っていう調味料がいい。武蔵新城駅南口。「新城あいもーるアルコ」内。今月いっぱいランチは営業。6月からは土日だけランチ営業。

牛ハラミハ真っ黒で残念。
お値段相応なのかもしれないですね。

入る前に「23:00ラストオーダーです」と。
ちょっとぶっきらぼうな物言いが気になりました。
大人6人で入店しましたが、座敷が空いているにも関わらず、ちょっと広めの４人席に通されました。
余りにもぎゅうぎゅうに座っていたためか、
席を案内した店員と別の店員が「少し離れた席に半分ずつ座るか」聞いてくれましたが
大混雑しているなら仕方ありませんが、その時は私たち以外の客は２組のみ。全くお客の居ない座敷を使えば6人がテーブル２つで横並びで食事できる状態だった為、「離れた席ではなく座敷を使わせてもらえないか」聞いたところかなりの無言の後「…どうぞ」と。
結果、移動させてもらえましたが迷惑そうでしたのでこちらも困惑しました。
その後の食事自体は特に問題なく進み
ラストオーダーの時間との事で最後に冷麺を頼み待っていたところ「お会計先にお願いします」と伝票を持ってこられてしまいました。
まだオーダーしたものが届いていなかったため、急かされてる気がして落ち着きませんでした。
数分後に届いた冷麺を食べてる最中に代金トレーを持ってきて「お金を先に払ってください」と言われかなり慌てて食べたので味が分かりませんでした。
他のお客さん(強面の男性客)には先にレシートを持っていったり、料金を請求したりなどの対応はしておらずペコペコしていて、むしろ良い対応をしていたようなので、全く対応が違う事に疑問を覚えました。
以前伺ったときは店員さんの対応は問題なかったのに…。
残念でなりません。

スタッフの対応に差がありすぎる。

安安のほうがスタッフの対応もよく、お肉もまだ美味しい。
3度目はないと思った。

牛繁は大好きです。
牛繁のネギタン塩が大好きで、味になんの文句もありません。
ですが、店員の質がひどく私は一番近くの牛繁はココですが、わざわざ隣の駅まで行きます。
その日のその時の店員さんが悪いのかと思い、合計3回行きましたが、誰と話をしてもありえない対応です。
二度と行くことはないですし、お金をいただいてもこの店に行くことはありません。
牛繁のブランドを下げると思います。

テーブル席のみの店内。
七輪から出る煙と店内の空調の風向きが違う為、煙が排出しない為に充満し排出するまでに時間を要する。
店員は多忙なのかは知らないが笑顔が少なく接客やオーダーなど業務自体、適当に見受けられた。
ただ、食材は肉自体が柔らかく子供から年配者まで頂ける味わい深い食感です。

余談ですが1週間焼肉チャレンジしたときは、3日目にして心臓痛くなって中断。焼肉は1日置きに食べましょう。
とりあえず本件、味については系列店と変わらずで問題なし。普通に美味いです。
店員さんの態度がーて口コミ気になってたんですけど、たぶんそこらへんのフィードを受けてか、こまめに声かけしてくれて、回転がスムーズでよかったです。
一番感動したのが、ちょうど網交換したいタイミングで網交換の声がけしてくれるんですよね。
混雑してる時間だとどうなるか分からないですけど、開始30分でお腹いっぱいまで注文できました。
近所に銭湯多く、私はサウナーなので、次はサウナあがりにでも寄りたいと思います。
