仕事できない人多くて出来る人に負担を増やす会社です、社員に言ってもなんの対処もしないししてくれる人は違う部署の仲いい人のみ、いい人もいれば最低な人も多い、ここ来るなら他所に行った方がいいですよっとオススメします。実習生に負担をかけすぎて可哀想なレベルもっと賃金あげてやればいいのにって思う。あと、日本語が話せない人多くてそれこそ仕事できる人の方に負担になる。その場合社員は大丈夫?大丈夫やねっと言って本人わかってないのに解決してく、分かってないけどそれでいいのかよって思いながら、人の意見も聞いてくれないところは辞めた方がよろしいかと、

一昨日、8:30〜翌朝6:00までの夜勤で入りました。 (自分は外国国籍ですが日本語は問題なくできます) まず、この会社へ着いたら出勤の手続き?をするのですが、それを担当していたおばちゃんがめっちゃ怖かった印象がありました。 仕事場へ行ってからもおばちゃんズは基本的にずっと怒ってて、特に新人や外国人に対して当たりが強かったです。 仕事はベルコンを使ったトッピング作業ですが、流れてくる物に波があって、急に忙しくなったりもしました。 それ自体はいいのですが、訳も分からないまま「はい、ここやってね。できるね?」と言われて放置。 周りにある写真などを見てなんとか形は覚えて……。 正直、仕事内容や作業の流れくらいマニュアルかなんかで事前説明が欲しかったです。 簡単にいい所と悪い所をまとめると 良い所 ・休憩場に冷蔵庫のように冷えてる荷物置き場(弁当向け)がある ・同じく電子レンジやポッド、自販機などもある ・やり方さえ覚えればそのポジではあとは単純な作業をコツコツこなすだけ 悪い所 ・事前説明ほぼない(たまにリーダーっぽい人が教えてくれるが確率低め) ・新人でも作業優先でベテランが仕事を教えてくれないので心折れる(折れた) ・仕事(ポジション)の取り合いになる(空きがなくて待ってるとおばちゃんに「仕事しに来たんでしょ?早く入んなよ!!仕事できないやつどこに入れればいいのよ!」と激怒されたw) ・仕事内容は勿論、出勤時間に対しての退勤時間が謎(本当に事前マニュアル作って欲しい) ・作業場が汚い(食品だし多少は……でも散乱した食べ物に抵抗ある人はやめた方がいいかも) ・立ち作業が長い(椅子ないし座れないし、下ばっか見てるから首痛いし……) とまあ、急ぎ足で書きましたがこの会社へ行くくらいなら他を探した方がおすすめです。 新人教育もせず、ただ悪戯に数を頼ってベテランさんに負荷かけてるだけの会社なので。 僕は今日行って、お給料頂いたらやめようと思います。

saya bekerja di tempat masak, saya senang dengan pekerjaan saya,karena panas dan banyak bergerak,pas untuk saya yang sedang berdiet(60kg menjadi 50kg dalam waktu 6-9bulan saja?,tidak senang nya waktu pertama masuk kerja,veteran jika memberitahu kenapa harus dengan suara keras dan seakan akan marah dan membentak yang membuat sakit hati?????? tanpa pemberitahuan dari awal masuk kerja, tiba-tiba disuruh mengerjakan yang belum pernah diberi tahu sebelumnya? sangat aneh!!!!!!! saya sudah tinggal di jepang 18tahun,jadi setidaknya mengerti apa yang diperintah dan dibicarakan,tidak usahlah seperti merendahkan pekerja,seakan saya sangat membutuhkan pekerjaan,tapi perusahaan juga sangat membutuhkan orang asing,jadi saling bekerja samalah,saling memberitahu saling punya tanggung jawab. dan terakhir jelek nya, pas cek suhu badan dan cek nama,kenapa harus memperlihatkan alien card/zaryou kado? jika lupa harus diambil ke rumah.zaryoukado sangat penting bagi orang asing,jika dibawa-bawa selalu dengan dompet, takut hilang/terjatuh pas memperlihatkan di muka.kenapa tidak dibikinkan card dari perusahaan langsung?? jadi bisa digantung ditas kerja,meskipun ada locker untuk barang berharga,tapi itu sangat merepotkan,karna ada pin number , dan pin number akan berubah jika akan mengambil dompet di locker tersebut, karena ada yang mengotak ngatik/staff.saya tidak pernah bawa dompet/uang jika bekerja,karna takut hilang.locker baju pun akan hilang jika tidak ditempelkan nama.,alasannya karna takut orang yang lupa, tapi kan itu tidak akan mungkin orang lupa tas sebesar itu!!!
