★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予め確認をお願いしていた内容の結果を聞く電話で、名前と要件を名乗って電話を取り次いで貰っているのに、2回取り次がれてるのに、名前も要件も伝わってなくて、何回も説明させられる。役所が暇かどうかはわからないが、こちらは暇じゃないので、要件名前の共有等、効率的に仕事してほしい。

I received a call with my name and requirements, but I was contacted twice, but my name and requirements were not communicated. I can explain it many times. I don't know if the government office is free, but since this is not free, I would like you to work efficiently, such as sharing requirement names.

実際に役場に足を運ぶと、分からないことを聞くだけで馬鹿にするように笑って話してくる。担当の方の説明がうまく理解できなくてもう一度聞いても笑われて嫌な気持ちになりました。無知な自分も悪いですがもう少し丁寧だったら良いなと思いました。
