h	hiroshi Takayama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はっきりいってここは残念な業者でした。担当の方に急ぎの用件で電話しても折り返しがない、ライフラインに関するご案内をしますと言って何もなく、回答は「忘れてました」、駐輪場の空きを質問したら、「確認します」といって「忘れてました」、「部屋の鍵の一つと館内規則を後日郵送します」と言って、10日待っても来ないので電話したら、「送付出来てませんでした」という業者です。ここも驚きの残念な業者でした。 To be clear, it was a disappointing contractor. 松	松田しょーすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは本当にヤバいです。私の担当の方は、外見はイケハヤに似ている方で、はじめは好印象でした。つぎに物件の内見に行った際に乗車させていただいた車が、何故か普通の黄色い神戸ナンバーで明らかに社員の方の自家用車ではないかな？、と思われました。事業用のナンバーは緑ナンバーか黒ナンバーのはずでは？？ちなみに車内は煙草臭かったです。内見が終了した際、少し時間が欲しいと伝えたところ、イケハヤ似のご担当者様の態度が急変して、いま決めないと何処行っても決まりませんよ。と電話ごしに圧をかけてきました。実際には、そんなことはなく、別の仲介業者さまで決まりました。ご安心ください。 This is really dangerous.
