小	小島涼子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 返信に対して腹が立ったので更に追記します。嘘に嘘を重ねるのはやめてください。清掃についてクレームを入れた際は、清掃会社の落ち度の一点張りでした。専門スタッフが確認したという嘘を、何故追加するのでしょう。仮に御社の専門スタッフが確認してあの状態でしたら、私が清掃で一度でだめにしたスポンジやら雑巾やら、何よりその時間と労力を御社から返してください。そもそも即日物件なのに、今は入れる状態ではないと待機期間もあってその仕打ちです。シンクのべったり汚れやトイレの未掃除、お風呂の排水口の髪の毛は、素人でもわかります。なぜ今更返信が来たのかわかりませんが、忘れていた腹立ちが再燃して収まりません。追記。床のほこり、髪の毛。虫の死骸。汚物付きのトイレブラシ、便座。大量の排水口の髪の毛。飛沫つき洗面台。スポンジ2つだめになる油の流し台。等など。それでも業者の清掃後であると言い切り、補償もない会社なので、これらを許せる余裕のある方しか新規契約できないと思う。安心して契約できない会社。契約後に物件に問題があり入れないと言われた。果てにはメールに記載されている契約成立条件を書き間違えたので契約自体成立していないと言い出された。物件の情報も錯誤し不安であったが、契約回復後も誤メールを続けて送ってくるなど、誠意のない会社。 I am angry with the reply, so I will add more. タ	タカノエリ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページには「キレイに暮らす」「心地よさ」と書かれていますが、うそです。マンスリーマンションを2ヶ月契約。入居してすぐトイレを使用したら便器が濡れていた。壁にコーヒーをこぼした跡があり、洗面所の排水口には髪の毛が多量に引っかかっていた。まだここまでは安いからと我慢していましたが、掛け布団のカバーをめくると黄色い大きなシミがついいた。このことに関し、東京コンシェルジュに電話したが入居前の清掃は入っていると言われた。さすがに気持ち悪くこの家に居たくないと思い、2週間で住むのをやめた。翌月分の家賃を期日までに払うよう言われていたが、いくら支払えばいいか分からないため支払い期限の1週間前に電話すると、担当者が折り返しますと返答。連絡を待ったが一向に連絡こず。結局担当者から支払い期限日に支払いが確認できない、速やかに支払いするようメールが届いた。そのことについて再度電話するが、担当者じゃないから状況があまり分からない、明日担当者に電話させますと言われた。会社自体に問題があるのに、対応が間違ってると思う。こちらが早めに支払うようにしますというと、いつ支払えますか？と言われ、こちらも仕事をしているし、なんなら1週間前に確認の電話をしたのにそれに対応しなかったのに、催促される意味が分からない。家を貸す側として、人として、掃除がされていない、汚れている部屋を貸してお金をもらうのはどうかと思う。 The website says "living beautifully" and "comfort", but it is a lie.
