★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新橋駅前にあり飲食を含めて便利なビルである。歴史は古く都営浅草線が地下を通っているので古くても安全な建物ですよ。地下にある立呑屋は安くて美味しい店が沢山あります。

地下一階は、新橋駅につながっていて、雨に濡れずに入れますが、今一訪問者は少ないように感じます
地下一階、地上一階と二階の一部（二階以上上は事務所）に飲食店があり、美味しくて有名なおみせがあり固定客が多いです
靴磨き本舗もあり、見事に綺麗に磨いてくれます
2020年に再開発で取り壊されるうわさもありますが、有名店を是非残してほしく願います
The building was built in 1966, but I think the passages are relatively wide.
The first basement floor is connected to Shimbashi station, so you can enter without getting wet in the rain, but I feel that the number of visitors is small.
There are restaurants on the 1st basement floor, 1st floor above ground and part of the 2nd floor (offices on the 2nd floor and above), and there are many delicious and famous shows and many fixed customers.
There is also a shoe polishing main office, which will polish it beautifully.
There are rumors that it will be demolished due to redevelopment in 2020, but please leave the famous store.
