★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 競合相手が少ないからか従業員はどこか事務的な対応が目立った。気温が低く気持ちはわかるが管理職レベルのような人がスーツの下にカーディガンを着ていたのにはさすがに閉口してしまった。長時間表に立つわけではないのだから最低限の身なりくらいはするべきであろう。後味が悪い式になってしまったのが悔やまれる。

全体的には良い式でしたが、流れ作業すぎる気がしました。納骨の説明と取り仕切る人が高圧的で感じが悪かったです。
せっかくのお別れなのに悔いが残りました。
I used it at my grandmother's ceremony.
Overall it was a good formula, but I felt that it was too much assembly line work. The explanation of the bones and the person in charge were high pressure and unpleasant.
Even though it was a goodbye, I still regret it.
