田	田中真弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに五反田近辺に行ったので、信濃屋で親鳥を購入。親鳥は歯ごたえがあり、噛むと小味がじわっと出てくる大好きな一品。親鳥はスーパー等には置いておらず、都内では数店の鶏肉専門店にしかない。そして信濃屋の親鳥はその中でも一番旨いと思える一品。これを塩胡椒だけで焼けばそれで最高のツマミに。難点は大きく切ると硬すぎること。なので唐揚げ等には向いてない。そしてここのお惣菜はいつも並んでいる。そのうち唐揚げ、焼き鳥系のお惣菜にも挑戦してみたい。 I went to Gotanda for the first time in a long time, so I bought a parent bird at Shinanoya.
