飲食店のプロです 評価が高かったので勉強の為行きました。 注文したのは刺身5点盛り、生牡蠣、壺漬けマグロ、寿司、天ぷら、焼き鳥、唐揚げです 刺身は口コミで良かったので楽しみでしたが全く新鮮ではありませんでした まずツマが古く苦い、切り方盛り方が素人和食の経験は無いですね。生牡蠣480円は上蓋が無く汁が濁ってたので安い真空の冷凍物ですね。壺漬けマグロはパサパサで生臭い。1日以上漬けられないので冷凍してるのをレンジで加熱してサラマンダーで焼き色でしょう。漬けたて冷凍無しだったら美味いでしょう。寿司は論外今寿司職人いないのでは?天麩羅は大手外食チェーンの違和感のあるカリカリ、揚げ時間は気にして無い模様、串の下まで衣付き笑穴子も冷凍ので臭い。焼き鳥が地獄今までで最強。運ばれて来た瞬間激臭!冷凍のをレンジで火を入れてトースターで焼いた感じです。刺身や天麩羅は漁港の写真や拘ってる風の写真で素人さんを騙せるけど焼き鳥は騙せないと思う笑 みなさん焼き鳥を食べてみてある意味日本一かも たくみと名乗るから職人の料理を期待したが盛り付け味付け全部素人レベル メニューも多いので冷凍食品ばかりで残念でした ここを高評価の人マジでヤバイです

I was fortunate to experience this Izakaya with the owner himself, his family and friends. The whole menu is amazing, serving traditional Japanese food that you won't think of trying unless a local recommended it; there are many options, all of them are astounding and that's why I'm lucky to have the locals talk to me about the ingredients and the proper etiquette to eat it.
