病院嫌いな自分ですが ここへは 行くのが楽しみな程です。
理由は 先生に話を聞いてもらって 先生の話を聞いて スッキリ 気が軽くなるからです。
心療内科や精神科などは やはり 合う合わないが激しいと思いますが 少なくとも私は合っています。

しかし、金曜日のみの精神科の青木医師は酷いものでした。2年間通って信頼関係を築こうと努力しましたが、無理でした。
断薬を相談したらバシバシと切ってくれるのは良かったのですが、その間の体調不良には全く寄り添ってくれる様子もなく、『気のせい。断薬症状では無い。私の減薬方法は間違っていない。市販の薬は一切飲まないで。だいたいあなたが強い訴えをしたからこんなに強い薬を飲むことになった。元々精神病でもなんでもないのに。本当に辛い時に病院に行ってください。』どんどん体調不良になり、相談にも乗ってもらえず、限界を感じ救急で親同伴で診てもらった挙句の果てには『わかりません。風邪じゃないですか？精神病ではないです。内科に行ってください。』血のにじむ思いで努力して病気から回復したのに私の心はボロボロです。ここの精神科は私は問題だと思います。
