案件が5年かかっても終わらない。
こちらの連絡は無視。
電話をすると受付の女性スタッフは出るが、高橋弁護士本人には繋がらない。「折り返します」と毎回言われるが折り返してきたことは1度もない。
メールも何度か送っているが、ほとんど返信はしてこない。
案件を受けるだけ受けて、何も仕事をしない最低な弁護士。本当に弁護士なのかも分からないレベルの最低な人間。
5年前に一度会っているが、あまりに連絡が取れないので現在実在しているのかも不明。受付スタッフを雇えるお金がどこから出ているのかも分からない。
あまりに連絡が取れないので、解任する事にしたが、その連絡にも返事は無いので、書面を事務所に送る事にした。これに対して、現状私の案件がどこまで進んでいるのか等、連絡が来るのかも不安。
何しろ、連絡ができない、仕事が遅い等、人間的にも最低な弁護士。
今から依頼しようといている方がいたら、私と同じ目にあわないためにも、絶対に依頼しない事をおすすめします。
法テラス案件もやっているらしいが、この弁護士にあたってしまった方は運が悪かったと思って、弁護士の変更をした方がいいと思います。
星1も付けたくない、最低な弁護士です。

When I call, the female staff at the reception will come out, but I will not be able to connect to Takahashi himself. I'm always told to "turn back", but I've never turned back.
I've sent emails several times, but I rarely reply.
The worst lawyer who only accepts cases and does nothing. The worst person at a level who doesn't even know if he's really a lawyer.
I met him once five years ago, but I can't get in touch with him so much that I don't know if it actually exists. I don't even know where the money to hire the reception staff comes from.
I couldn't get in touch with him so much, so I decided to dismiss him, but I didn't get a reply to that contact, so I decided to send a document to the office. On the other hand, I'm worried that I'll be contacted about how far my project is currently progressing.
After all, he is the worst lawyer in terms of human beings, such as being unable to contact him and being late at work.
If anyone is going to make a request from now on, I recommend that you do not make a request so that you will not have the same eyes as me.
It seems that he is also doing a lawyer case, but I think that the person who got this lawyer was unlucky and should change the lawyer.
He is the worst lawyer who doesn't want to get 1 star.

2度(2つの案件)、依頼しました。
1つ目の案件は、なんとか完了しましたが(処理的に)、完了までには「何だかこちらが急かさないと動かないなぁ。要求しないと書類などをくれないなぁ」と感じていました。
2つ目の案件は、こちらが行動スケジュールを提示し、弁護士も「●月●日ですね」と言ったり、依頼した文書を「年末くらいには…」と、さもその期日に仕上げます…といった言葉を言ってましたが、待てど暮らせど依頼した文書は仕上がって来ませんでした。
相談に訪れた日に、契約書や委任状などを交わす流れが無く「あれ？後日に契約書とか交わすのかな？」と思っていました。
相談日以降、弁護士からのメール連絡は全く無く、上記の文書も放置のままです。(相談から1ヶ月半経過)
しびれを切らし、事務所に電話をすると、女性スタッフが出て、「外出している。折り返します。」との対応をされ、そこから丸一日、電話は来ず、この事務所と関わるのを辞めました。(以降も電話無しです)
契約書を交わしてないから放置しても良い、ということはありません。不要な心配やストレスを抱えましたのでオススメしません。
I don't recommend it. Extra worries and stress build up.
I requested it twice (two projects).
I managed to complete the first project (in terms of processing), but by the time it was completed, I felt that "it wouldn't work unless I hurried. If I didn't request it, I wouldn't give me any documents."
In the second case, this presents an action schedule, and the lawyer also says "● month ● day", and the requested document is "by the end of the year ..." and finishes on that date. I said a word, but I couldn't finish the document I requested, even though I was waiting for it.
On the day I visited for consultation, there was no flow of exchanging contracts and powers of attorney, and I was wondering, "What? Will I exchange contracts at a later date?"
After the consultation date, there was no e-mail contact from the lawyer, and the above document is left unattended. (One and a half months have passed since the consultation)
When I got rid of my numbness and called the office, a female staff member came out and responded, "I'm out. I'll call you back." I quit. (No phone call after that)
There is no reason why you can leave it because you have not signed a contract. I don't recommend it because I had unnecessary worries and stress.
