★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エレカシの宮本に似た先生と、クイズノックのふくらPに似た先生は、こちらの要望を聞いてくれてすぐ対応してくれる。
他の一部の病院と違って、偉そうで眠たい対応じゃないので安心出来る。看護士さん達は明るく、こどもが緊張しないので助かります。
比べると受付の方はやや事務的であるが落ち着いていて正確なので良いです。
待合室の漫画がなくなって残念。あともう少し広いと良いと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 混み合ってはいましたが、パーテーションの設置された待合室でストレスなく過ごせました。
医師も丁寧に話を聞いてくれて、薬の副作用の有無なども気にしてくれました。
院内調剤なので待ちたくない方にはいいかもしれません。
私は分業の方が安心するので(ご本人がお薬に詳しくても、無資格の人が調剤するのは不安でして…)次回は考えます。
そういえばお薬手帳も見てくれましたが、飲み合わせとかも誰が見ているのか謎です。

待合室はパーテーションをつけていて、接種会場という感じでした。
接種もあり、混んではいましたが、先生も看護師さんも受付の人も嫌な顔一つせずとても丁寧に対応してくれました。通常の診察も同時にしていましたが、声かけの様子が優しいなあと待ちながら聞いていました。
中は整骨院のように簡易ベットがたくさんカーテンで仕切られている感じでした。
接種してくれた看護師さんが、具合を気にしてくれたり、ただの接種なのにちゃんと丁寧に対応してくれてとても安心してお願いできました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱がありコロナの検査を受けに行きましたが、対応よかったです。
(発熱コールセンターで紹介された他のクリニック3件は電話すら繋がらず)
いきなり病院内には入らず、外で待機するように言われるのですが
寒い時期でしたら上着やヒートテック重ね着して行ったほうが良いです。
すぐ呼ばれるとは限らないので。
また院内は暑かったりするので、脱ぎ着しやすい格好で行く事をおすすめします。
それから「検査前1時間は飲食して来ないように」と言われますが
検査後から結果まで、会計までが時間かかると普通に喉乾くので
ペットボトルや水筒を持って行って水分補給したほうが良いです。
優しく穏やかなお医者さんが担当で、緊張がほぐれました。ここを、かかりつけ医にしたいなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with a small injury to see an orthopedist. At first I panicked and refused an x-ray but then I came back for it for peace of mind - they didn’t make me feel awkward about it at all. All in all quite fast, both staff and doctor were really nice to me. Good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my cough variant asthma. Tons of medication, but this is a norm for Clinics in Japan. Anyways, it’s very busy after 5pm on weekdays and they don’t take appointments. However, this place is foreigner friendly. The application form is in English and the doctors speak very good English too! Extremely polite, and nice despite the number of patients they must see in a day. Will definitely be going here when feeling under the weather!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here twice. One was for my concern and it was okay-ish. The doctor barely saw me and just quickly recommended I go to a bigger hospital. He just gave me a recommendation letter. Which is convenient for some but not what I was there for. They also provide generic meds which is great! If you want some quick treatment and prescriptions.
The real reason why I gave a low score was because I came here with my toddler to check his nose if it was broken or not. He barely even looked at my son and we were in and out of the examination room within seconds!! The closing time was near so he was in a hurry.
The worst part was the bill had extra payment like a nutritionist etc. (kids are free) but they add all these extra payments on the bill even though It was never done. I didn’t pay a single cent, but isn’t that just leaching on kids for extra pay just because they are free? And may because they think foreigners don’t check the bill? Was it a mistake?
If you want a quick check. This is a good place. Plus you can quickly get meds then and there. But if you want something thorough… go elsewhere.
The clinic is at the basement of the building. You need to climb down some stairs, so if you are coming with a baby. It’s better to bring them on a carrier instead of a stroller.
It is pretty busy after 5 since they are one pf a few clinics in the koenji area that are open until 7.
