遠	遠藤ラン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改装してからスタッフに大きく変動があり、すご〜く雰囲気が悪くなった。受付のオバサンは愛想ゼロでイライラしてるのが丸わかり。中に入ると金髪の香水臭いギャルみたいな子が対応。タメ口で他の患者に話しかけているのにはびっくりしました。院長先生達は何も言わないのかな…？と思ったら、何故か他のスタッフには小さい子供の前でも平気でブチギレてます。ええ〜！待ってよ、怒鳴りやすい子にだけ…？？？以前はそんな事無かったのに… 院長先生の腕が良く優しい印象があっただけに、1年半年ぶりくらいに行ったらそんな感じですごく残念です。スタッフの質が戻らなければもう今年からは通わないかなぁ… The staff changed greatly after renovation and the atmosphere was really bad. 板	板東さおり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 治療、クリーニングで通わせてもらってます。クリーニングでは歯科衛生士のかたがいつも親切に歯磨きの仕方や歯ブラシの当て方などを説明してくださりまさしく予防歯科として対応していただき虫歯ゼロです。スタッフのみなさんもいつも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれてとても気持ちよいです。 I am allowed to go for treatment and cleaning. In cleaning, a dental hygienist will always kindly explain how to brush your teeth and how to apply a toothbrush, and you will be treated as a preventive dentist. The staff are always smiling and greeting me, which is very pleasant.
鈴	鈴木あずさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8-9年ほど通わせて頂きました。こちらで治療していただいところの調子が悪くなり他院へ行きました。そうしましたら、治療して頂いた歯の中の支柱と根の間に隙間があり感染を起こしていることと、根の消毒用の薬の入れ方にムラがあるとのことでした。素人の私がみても白い部分と黒い部分がまだらで支柱と根っこの隙間も見てとれました。色々難しい点があり、こちらの意見も聞いて頂いての結果かと思いますが、根管治療をしっかり行ってもらっていなかった点がすごく残念です。今までも何本も神経を取っての治療をしてもらってますので他の部分も心配になり、他の歯も見てもらったところ、被せもの（セラミック）がうまくかぶっておらず隙間が出来てそこから菌が入っているようでレントゲンもこちらも素人が見ても分かると被せ物のズレ具合と歯の内部の変色でした…。出来るだけ歯を大切にしたいと思って高価ですがセラミックを入れてもらっていたのですが、今回のように根管治療がうまく行っていなかったり、型取りが上手くいっていなければ何の意味も無いと思います。信頼して8-9年程通わせて頂いたので今回の件は悲しくてすごくショックでした…。ただ、最後にフォローになっているか分かりませんがこれは保険診療の歯医者さんでは普通にあることみたいなので、よく勉強してから行かないといけないと教訓になりました。歯科、特に根管治療の診療報酬が低すぎて数をこなさなければならずどうしても丁寧に治療ができないことも一因にあるのではないかとも思います。先生方は人当たりよく感じがいいと思います。 I've been there for about 8-9 years. It is expensive because I want to take good care of my teeth as much as possible, but I was asked to put in ceramics, but if the root canal treatment is not done well like this time, or if the molding is not done well, there is no point. think. I trusted him for about 8-9 years, so I was sad and shocked at this time ... However, I don't know if I'm following up at the end, but this seems to be normal for insurance dentists, so it was a lesson that I had to study hard before going. I think that one of the reasons is that the medical fees for dentistry, especially root canal treatment, are too low to handle the numbers, and it is not possible to treat them carefully.
