★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段、薬局で不満を感じることはありませんが、こちらは下記の理由で不親切だと思います。
①すぐ隣の病院で処方された薬の在庫がなく、30分程度待たされたあげく後日また来なければならなくなった。
②薬の箱代を要求される(返せばお金は戻ってくるらしいですが、様々な薬局から薬を処方されているとどれを返却すれば良いかわからず、利用側からすると大変不便です)
③ ①の時に箱代含めて薬代をお支払していたはずですが、再度薬局に不足分の薬をもらいにいった際に、箱代を二重で料金とられました。
いつか改善されるかはわかりませんが、しばらく利用する予定はありません。ありがとうございました。
 I don't usually feel dissatisfied with pharmacies, but I think this is unfriendly for the following reasons.
(1) The medicine prescribed at the hospital next door was out of stock, and I had to wait for about 30 minutes before coming back later.
(2) You will be asked for a box fee for the medicine (it seems that the money will be returned if you return it, but if you are prescribed medicine from various pharmacies, you do not know which one to return, which is very inconvenient for the user)
③ At the time of ①, you should have paid the medicine fee including the box fee, but when you went to the pharmacy again to get the shortage of medicine, the box fee was doubled.
I don't know if it will improve someday, but I have no plans to use it for a while. Thank you very much.
