★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年 2月から初乗り 1.2キロ 500円と価格が改正されたみたいです。以前は740円?? 値段が高く感じたので中々、タクシーを利用しませんでしたが初乗り500円だったら乗りやすい･･･。お迎え料金は300円を出しても1000円でお釣りが来るのは嬉しい～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライバーが下を向き（何かの操作？）ふらつきノロノロ走行の都市交通タクシーを後続車として危ないなと思いながら走っていました。信号で止まり青になりましたが、ドライバーが下を向いておりなかなか発進しないのでクラクションを鳴らしたところ、気分を害したのか嫌がらせ走行を行き先が分かれるまで受けました。プロのドライバーとして最低です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小学生下校時に旗振りをしてますが、こどもたちが横断しているのに無理に左折してきた。横断歩道直前で停まりはしたが、そのまま進んでいくのではと思うようなスピードで突っ込んできたので怖かった。車で仕事をしている人間としてありえない。

今日ほど最悪な配車係はいませんでした。
営業内エリアにも関わらず、どこをあげても住所が分からないと行けません。
こちら◯◯市なので貴方がいる◯◯◯市は知りませんくらい言ってきて！そんでやっと、
３つ目の候補でやっと分かってもらえたけど、なぜそんなに上から目線で話すのですか？
正直言って本当に腹立ったし喋り方も独特でムカつくし。お迎えに来てくれた運転手さんにこの内容を話したら ここは営業内ですよ、って。あの配車係マジでいなくなってほしい。1番初めに話す会社の顔、って事よく理解してほしい。滅多な事では口コミとか書かないけど、この配車係は本当に無理！！病院からの帰りだったけど怒りはパワーに変わる、少し元気になりました。そこだけはありがとう配車係。
あと運転手さんはとても気さくな話しやすい方で良かったです^ ^私の気持ちに寄り添いながら話を聞いてくれて嬉しかったです。

マスクせずに来店する都市交通の男性ドライバーさん。
マスクして欲しいと頼んでも、する気なしなのかただ口数を減らすだけ。
お客さん乗せてる時はマスクしても、買い物するときはマスクしないんですね！！
当店、タバコのクレームが多いため「敷地内禁煙」の貼り紙をしているのですが、普通にタバコ吸ってます。
注意させて頂きましたが、何で従わなきゃいけないの？的な顔されました。
会社名を掲げている以上、きちんとして欲しいですね！
