臭み当然なく、甘く柔らかな味わいです。

と言うことで
和歌山応援と冬限定、
そして自分が牡蠣好きという事で伺いました。
率直な意見、牡蠣の感想は「普通」。
時間的に小と中しかなかったので
中を注文したのですが、
身も小さく、旨みも弱いです。
まだまだ養殖歴が浅いからなのでしょうか。。
牡蠣小屋ということで
食べきれない程の牡蠣を想像してたのですが、
中1kg2000円で8個だけでした。
生牡蠣や焼きはやってなく蒸し一択。
牡蠣ご飯もありますが、
日曜1時半ですでに売り切れでした。
一般的な牡蠣小屋とは違うので
注意されたしです。
