★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口から明るい！施設の中８の字になっていて、真ん中に看護ステーションがある。入居者はぐるぐると歩きながら散歩代わりに運動できる。外泊などの帰宅時間も割と融通を効かさてくれるのもありがたい。自分でできるだけのことをさせようという姿勢は、入居者が自立、もしくは衰えを抑えてくれるかもしれない。それぞれの部屋も明るいのがうれしい。入居者が部屋にいるのではなく、外に出ているのもいいかもしれない。
Bright from the entrance! There is a figure 8 in the facility, and there is a nursing station in the middle. Residents can walk around and exercise instead of taking a walk. I am grateful for the flexibility of the return time such as staying overnight. The attitude of trying to do as much as possible may help the resident to become independent or to prevent decline. I am happy that each room is bright. It may be nice that the resident is not in the room but outside.
