河口堰に立ち寄った際、利根川からの用水利用について、取水のための水位調整の方法に興味が湧いた。
霞ヶ浦導水については、まだまだ完成には程遠いようだ。
千葉北導水同様に、霞ヶ浦水質改善、利根川の用水量改善が目的らしい。
おそらく、稲敷市の利根川連絡水路が出口と思われる。
