★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同じ国道1号線沿いにある川崎市内の他社のトランクルームを利用していたのですが、手狭になったため広い室を探していたところ当物件を見つけました。
内覧で室温と湿度が適切に管理されていること、大きな荷物を収納するのに都合が良い1階の室が空いていたこと、リーズナブルな賃料が決め手になりました。
欲を言えば駐車スペースに屋根があるとベターなのですが、業務用途ではなく雨の日に利用に迫られることはないため大きな問題にはなっていません。
I was using the trunk room of another company in Kawasaki City along the same national highway No. 1, but I found this property when I was looking for a large room because it became too small.
The deciding factors were that the room temperature and humidity were properly controlled in the preview, that the room on the first floor was vacant, which was convenient for storing large luggage, and that the rent was reasonable.
It would be better if the parking space had a roof, but it's not a big problem because it's not for business use and you won't be forced to use it on rainy days.
