オートロック、カメラ付きインターホン、システムキッチン、インターネット、バルコニー、各戸の玄関の前には狭いですが庭スペースもあります。
また、やはり各戸に鉄製の扉の門があります。
管理人さんが常駐していて部屋数はちょうど100戸です。
駐車場もあります。
場所は最寄りの三鷹駅の南口から徒歩14分、駅からただ真っ直ぐ歩いた道沿いの左側にあります。
駅からの道は商店街で、コンビニ、スーパー、銀行、薬局など生活に必要な物はほとんどが徒歩圏内で揃います。
三鷹駅の周辺には居酒屋さんやパチンコ店などもあり、色々な面で便利な街と言えます。
三鷹市自体が治安が良くて都心部へのアクセスも良い地域なので住みやすい土地だと思います。

There is also a parking lot.
The location is a 14-minute walk from the south exit of the nearest Mitaka station, on the left side along the road just a straight walk from the station.
The road from the station is a shopping street, and most of the things you need for daily life, such as convenience stores, supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies, are within walking distance.
There are izakaya and pachinko parlors around Mitaka Station, making it a convenient city in many ways.
Mitaka City itself is a safe area with good access to the city center, so I think it is a comfortable place to live.
